yesterday got a big match, but because of what happened on the weekdays. Man United seems like already got 3 points before playing it.

without the special one,Man United dominated almost the whole first half , it has been worst for Chelsea when Obi Mikel got a straight red from referee after had a hard tackle on Evra. And since then, United created chances after chances but still fail to put the ball into the net. Until injury time before end of first half.

wow, September is not a great month..out of a sudden, plenty of relationships problem occurred around me..and yet again, everyone is telling me...maybe I am just kepohchi~ or being trustworthy?? haha

she is filthy rich!!! anyway, that is not the reason I want to blog today as well..

back to the moody thingy..according to this magazine, some psychologists said that there are 3 ways to change your mood from bad to good.

1. tell someone a joke : according to University College London, a research shows that listening to other's laughing sound, it actually have this immediate effect to make yourself feel better.
(this is not a problem for me. Lame jokes, funny jokes, my face...everything can make people laugh)

2. look at the picture of your love one : according to some psychologist research in Great Britain, compare with eating chocolate, drinking red wine, listening to music or after looking at the picture of your love one. Surprisingly, looking at the picture has the best effect out of all those. unless your love one looks like this..

then the side effect will be our of your control..

3. give a helping hand to others : helping others who are in trouble, when they get the helping hand, they happy and eventually you will feel happy as well.

for the service of mankind...(ahhh~ those days..)

industrial training tentative placing list was out yesterday..and I will be place in Shangri-La Golden Sand, Penang.(if they accept me...haha)
if everything goes smoothly, then Jin , JJ and me will be training in Golden Sand..
sadly, they wont pay a cent to us for these 5 months of training and we have to give our very best, as what Ms. June said " at this moment, money cannot be consider in it..."
we need to find our own motivation to make ourself stay on for 5 months. This is very tough for all of us, it is even tougher then asking me to stop talking for 1 whole day or maybe grab a book and read..

emotional control is very important at this stage..training myself now, hopefully I can make it and have a wonderful experience over there (before this, hope they accept all of us)
