**sad to found out that government are spending extra unnecessary money on National Youth Skills Institutes. Estimated about RM400million on total cost, most of the items they bought are at least 3 times of the market price...can you believe from Rm 5.20, they bought it for RM42.80?? from RM 50, they bought it for RM5741!!!!!! (this is too much)

what is going wrong here??!!!! only some of them know why..
