Basin Vegetables...

traffic jam to the max??!!!!

went to college and pyramid...leave around 3.40pm

everything goes smoothly until i pass by bukit jalil...
before reaching Astro~

guess what~ I jam for 1 hour plus in that short distance...(choosing the wrong way back home)
NPE toll to KL have road block~

then only I realise..Lynn D told me something about today...

the funny thing is, all the while i sit inside my car...all the djs in every radio stations like having group holiday...playing songs all the way,wanted to check out traffic update also cannot...

6.45pm have to reach uncle's place for dinner...but 5.50pm..i still jaming~(outside techno park only) [ I even seen people changing drivers in a very relaxing matter...]
this shows how serious the traffic jam is...

I nearly miss the dinner...when bro called me and said they are leaving...
but after traffic back to normal after tasik selatan...some how they wait for me~
but i am nearly 30 minutes late...thanks for waiting!!!!

where is Sungai Buloh??

well...you go all the way to Ikea..then somewhere around there you turn in..
go all the way...turn left turn right..turn here and there..go further down more...after passing by few traffic lights...you will somehow come to a kampung place..named, Sungai Buloh...after some bumpy roads~

and some turning again...then you will see this
you will be wondering..go until so far, eat what??

ofcourse not going to eat normal chinese dishes~
please dont be shock on the next photo you are about to see...

Voila!!!!! "Poon Choi" is what we called...or direct translate as "Basin- Vegetables" sounds weird...haha

this is a low cost "poon choi" which only consist of, chicken, duck, fish, prawns, mushroom, sea cucumber, abalone musroom, chicken feet, "mui choi", "dao gan", pork, pig leg, broccoli, cauliflower and a Sabah flag...."huh??? what is that Sabah flag doing there??"

we..we dont know the answer, probably this restaurant's owner is from Sabah..
anyway, this basin cost 100 to 200 bucks if not mistaken...

well, the high cost basin surely have high cost ingredients such as abalone..and it cost 400 bucks according to my aunt.

anyway, they gave the wrong plate...this plate is too small!!!

we took 1 hour to clear up the basin...
but not fully cleared...(everything turn into same colour..cause of the gravy)

I would say that this is an unhealthy meal...you ate it once and thats it...no second time until maybe 1 or 2 years later..but, I guess you guys should give it a try..(if you can find the way there)

plus, there is limited vege in this "basin vegetables"...should they call it "basin meats" aka "Poon Yuk"?? hahaa

this is my cousin sis, Jocelyn's hand...this happen every deepavali..haha (just giving her face to post it up)

actually we have this dinner to celebrate my another cousin sis, Ellaine's birthday...
so, we head back to their place to eat the cake..

by the way, I had a bad flu through out the whole day...suffering!!!

good news!!! Ronaldo struck twice pass Blackburn to gain 3 points at home!!!! We are now at the top of the table leading Arsenal 3 points by playing 2 games ahead...home Arsenal will drop points soon...

yesterday (sunday) , Linkin Park were having concert in Bangkok...tomorrow (tuesday), they will be having it at Singapore...so close yet so far~T.T
ARGHHHHHhhHHHHHhhhhHHHhHHHhHHhhhhhhHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

nevermind, 1 day they will surely come back to Malaysia again...if not, I will save money and catch them live at somewhere else!!!!

missed year 2003 when I first time saw them live at Dataran Merdeka...sob sob..

hey!!! this year, Man United cancel friendlies at Malaysia and Linkin Park choose to skip pass Malaysia and have concert at both of our neighbour country..how sad is that??!!!!

my biggest dream besides those good fortune, secure career...bla bla bla...
it has to be visit Old Trafford and watch them play as well as attending Linkin Park's concert!!!!!
