after submitting second last assignment on friday, Jin suggested to lepak on saturday. So, here it goes...
I reached about half an hour earlier because that bugger went to somewhere else half and hour before the time we suppose to meet up knowing that from his place to the city took more than half an hour.
well, i dont blame him because for the 30 minutes plus, hot chicks walking pass me non stop. I mean NON STOP!!! Some are in a group, some with bf, some with family...that is what you can expect from a station called City Hall?? haha. a central for almost everything.
first stop...LUNCH!
we plan to have something light then dinner will spend kawkaw...end up at this small shop at 1 corner in Suntec City...

SGD 6.80 each comes with fries and a drink, beside the price is cheaper than those super power waffle shops and the food is so so...but the service is tip top!!! I dare to say that because they only have 2 staffs. They both handle everything efficiently and effectively. Always come with a smile too!!! Must learn from them, wish other places in Singapore who providing customer service will have this quality as well...
then I saw something beside this waffle place...

a small shop that sells hotdogs with some funny name...
they have this membership thingy...
memberships of HOPE...
from bronze to silver than gold and finally platinum.
No joke!! by eating more hotdogs, you can become Platinum member!!!
if you are a platinum member and buy 160 hotdog sets...you can get free stay at 5stars or 6starts hotel or resort!!!!
walau eh...who will actually do that? I think only Takeru Kobayashi will do it. lol...
after lunch, we went around Suntec City and Marina Square to find something to buy...I just want to spend!!! (my mum set green light for me to spend money in Singapore...haha)
I found Spongebob and Patrick keychain in Lego form...but cant buy them, only in display.(who can get me these 2?? please inform me..thanks)
then after finish stoning in Suntec City, we moved on to Marina Square. (its all connected one way or another) Either its underground or just a small road away...So basically you can spend whole day there if you are a shopper. Raffles City, Suntec City and Marina Square and in between got City Link also.

In Marina Square there is a shop called Muji. Get to know about this while shopping with cousin Corey few weeks back. Its a Japanese retail shop where they only sell things from Japan. Obviously. But I cant really buy anything from there, so end up buying mini cotton and cotton...
neh!! its marshmallows and cotton candies!!! (from Japan!!!) SGD5.40 in total.
I hardly spend on other stuff beside food. Currently have 2 cans Springles Jumbo Can and Calbee's chips...haha. I need companion when I stone in my room staring at the laptop ok?
After walking around for dont know how many hours while at the same time washing our eyes...(its Singapore and its weekend babey!!!)
we comes to the dinner part cause really got nothing to do and we are not real shoppers. Even though the waffle is still in our stomach, but we force ourself to have dinner so can go home early. (sad case right??)
Its my second visit to Carl's Junior, maybe its first for Jin.

I got this Salad which comes with croutons!!! (like some fancy restaurant)
and a Teriyaki Beef with extra bacon instead of cheese...SGD17.40 (woohooo!!!)
so freaking full that both of us cant even finish our small packet of natural cut fries...
oh, by the way. Edison Chen came over to Singapore to promote some Angus Beef thingy for Carl's Junior. Thought can see him somewhere in Singapore cause Singapore is so small. But its not true!!! For the past 2 months, I hardly see a Singapore celebrities!!! Not even Jackie Chan who lauched something in Sentosa, not even Gong Li or Jet Li who are Singapore citizen. Singapore is not that small after all?? haha
After dinner and crapping while seeing a whole process of a guy apologising to his gf by allowing her to pluck his mustach as punishment. Then end up both kissin in public and leave Carl's Junior happily. oh ya, in Singapore you wont get saman if you are holding hand, hugging or kissing in public.
Jin left and I walk around Raffles City to search for my next buy.
Linkin Park Road to Revolution : Live at Milton Keynes!!!
I am so stupid for not buying this when it first came out in the market. But is good to buy now cause I got this for SGD18.80. Others shop is selling between SGD20 to 25, but this small shop in Raffles City is having 10% storewide discount. Lucky me!!!
Its a cd + dvd of their live concert in Milton Keynes.
second concert album after Lives in Texas back in 2003. Now 2 things I want need to do, save enough money to join Linkin Park Underground (USD37) and also wish they will have their concert in Singapore soon!!! So I can rock with them one more time!!! (one reason why I prefer studying in Singapore instead of in Malaysia)
I know I have highlighted this for many times but I still want to mention it one more time!!! Their previous 2 world tour skipped Malaysia and held in Singapore and Thailand!!!
okay, after got what I wanted to and enough spending. Its time to go back to my chamber...
a man made waterfall which form different shapes with water in Raffles City. (look closely and you will see it)
got home and settle down, rest for awhile and after aunt they all light off at 10pm as usual. I close my door put on my headset, open up the wraping, take out the dvd, play it with my laptop, maximise the volume and....
what?? I am eating my cotton candy while rocking with Linkin Park ok?
4 small packets of cotton candies, I can have them one at a time...now left 1. sigh

the whole concert just blow up my mind!!! A concert that worth more than what is it compared to those chinese costumes showing concert. Something that I dont mind to spend more. They are the best rock band on earth!!! This makes me want have more eager to experience their live concert one more time!!!

This is by far the best weekend for my time in Singapore because of Linkin Park. woohoooo!!!!
