bad mood, good mood?? how to have a good mood so you can perform better in your daily life??
according to "O, The Oprah Magazine" (if you dont know who Oprah is, you better stop living now..)
she actually being every coverpage model for this magazine..that is not the main point.
she is filthy rich!!! anyway, that is not the reason I want to blog today as well..
back to the moody thingy..according to this magazine, some psychologists said that there are 3 ways to change your mood from bad to good.
1. tell someone a joke : according to University College London, a research shows that listening to other's laughing sound, it actually have this immediate effect to make yourself feel better.
(this is not a problem for me. Lame jokes, funny jokes, my face...everything can make people laugh)
2. look at the picture of your love one : according to some psychologist research in Great Britain, compare with eating chocolate, drinking red wine, listening to music or after looking at the picture of your love one. Surprisingly, looking at the picture has the best effect out of all those. unless your love one looks like this..
then the side effect will be our of your control..
3. give a helping hand to others : helping others who are in trouble, when they get the helping hand, they happy and eventually you will feel happy as well.
for the service of mankind...(ahhh~ those days..)
so,give it a try, cause Oprah said so!!! haha
weekend comes to an end..monday is next, another week!!! getting closer and closer to every due dates of assignments..damn!!
